RETURN PROCEDURE
Do you want to return an item? We find that unfortunate, but that is not a problem.
- Please indicate on the return form which item(s) you are returning and state the reason for the return.
- Place the item to be returned, together with the returns form, in the original packaging and seal it securely.
- Register your return at a PostNL point and keep the proof of shipment. You can find the nearest PostNL location atwww.postnl.nl/locatiewijzer.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.Within 14 days of receipt, your return will be processed and you will receive the purchase amount back into the account used for payment.
NB:When you return an order, the costs & shipping risks are for your own account. When you return the order in full, you will receive the full purchase amount including shipping costs (excluding return costs). The shipping risks are also for the customer in the case of a full return. We therefore advise you to send your package with a track & trace code and to keep this code safe.
RETURN FORM
A return form must be enclosed with every return shipment. Only returns with a fully completed return form will be processed. You will find your return form enclosed with your order. If the return form is missing, you candownload return formand print it out yourself.
RETURN CONDITIONS & TERM
- Returns will only be accepted within the return period of maximum 14 days.
- Returns must be accompanied by the enclosed return form.
- The items have not been worn and/or washed.
- There are no food stains, makeup stains, body odors and/or cigarette odors on the items.
- No attempt has been made to rectify any defect.
- Jewelry, hairbands and lingerie cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- The original label is still attached to the item.
- If reasonably possible, the item will be returned in its original packaging.
- We will not accept returns with insufficient or unstamped postage.
- Product and/or delivery errors must be reported to us with a description within 14 days of delivery.
- If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return the shipment and charge you for shipping costs.
You have 14 days to return the product without giving any reason, starting on the day of receipt of the item. The item can only be returned unused and, if possible, in the original packaging with the original label.
NB:
Unidentifiable returns & returns outside the 14-day return period will be stored at our head office for a maximum of 2 weeks. The customer can report this via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed via our own administration and no further correspondence can be entered into.
Returns that are sent outside the 14-day period will be processed by us.notunder consideration. Not even when Aunt Betsy accidentally washed it before trying it on, everyone was in bed because of the processionary caterpillar or food poisoning, the bridge that was open for a few days or when it is a birthday present, but the birthday is not until next year. All this with a wink of course, but our return period is and remains a maximum of 14 days.
